Do I need my phone for AI features?

Connected AI and translation use the companion app, a compatible phone connection and supported services. Availability can vary by app version and region.

How does the preorder work?

Message KTECH with your selected model. Once payment details are confirmed, reserve with a 50% down payment and pay the remaining 50% before delivery.

When will my glasses arrive?

The first cutoff is 30 September 2026. Stock is estimated to arrive around 14 October 2026. Delivery follows stock arrival and payment of your balance; your individual delivery date will be confirmed by KTECH.

What comes with my pair?

Contact KTECH to confirm the included accessories for your chosen model before reserving. The APEX setup guide covers using the supplied charger and caring for your glasses.

What about warranty, returns and delivery fees?

Ask KTECH to confirm the warranty coverage, return conditions and delivery charge for your order before making payment.
